National Alliance for Caregiving

For the National Alliance of Caregiving (NAC), Sachar Solutions led a foundational 'Plan the Plan' discussion with the non-profit's board of directors. The primary objective was to delineate the goals and benchmarks for their 2024 strategic planning process. In this capacity, we collaboratively outlined a timeline, pinpointed key priorities, identified target audiences, highlighted potential challenges, and provided an overview of significant ecosystem shifts. NAC stands as a coalition of leading national organizations united by a shared vision: to cultivate a society that recognizes, nurtures, and empowers family caregivers, enabling them to flourish in their homes, workplaces, and daily lives.

National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS)

For the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS), we helped to structure, align, build out, and on-board their team during a time of staff transition. The goal, working with NCCS leadership, was to help the organization maximize the impact of its team in support of quality care for all people touched by cancer. In addition to conducting 7 staff searches, we developed and facilitated a retreat for the newly formed NCCS team. We are now planning a 2023 kick-off retreat.
